The research methods are chemical, petrographic and X-ray ones.This work is dedicated to further improvement of production technology of ramming mix from stabilized zirconia, as well as mastering of improved production technology of ramming mix from zirconia, stabilized by Y2O3. With purpose of further improvement of ramming mix production technology the production technology of fused zirconia, stabilized by ~ 5.2 % MgO and combine additive СаО with MgO in ratio 4.4:1.3; 2.9:2.6 and 1.5:3.9 has been worked through. The chemical, petrographic and X-ray researches of these materials fused "on block" have been carried out. It has been shown that blocks have zonal texture caused by admixtures and stabilized additives migration, as well as character of material crystallization. Prevalent central part of all blocks (~ 80 %) is characterized by equal structure, as well as homogeneity of chemical and phase compositions, and it is presented by cubic solid solution of stabilized additives СаО and MgO or MgO and ZrO2 in given ratio and amount. As a result of carried out researches the ramming mix production technology has been improved, the new fused zirconia material, stabilized by 5.2 % MgO or combine additive СаО with MgO (three compositions), characterized by low water absorption - 0.2-0.7 % and high apparent density - 5.5-5.6 g/cm3, has been taken.The improved production technology of new product type (ramming mix from zirconia, stabilized by Y2O3, grade of "CЦИH-2"), assigned for lining of combustion chambers of technical carbon production and mineral oil pyrolysis reactors, has been mastered.At caring out of mineral oil pyrolysis reactor lining from ramming mix grade of "СМЦН-93" based on zirconia, stabilized by CaO, the author's supervision has been realized. The properties of ramming mix grade of "СМЦН-93" after service in the mineral oil pyrolysis reactor have been researched and the recommendations, dedicated to improvement of lining works and lining construction of combustion chambers of mineral oil pyrolysis reactor, have been given.In PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" the pilot batches have been produced: according to technological instruction ТI 24-IО-195-2011 the powders mix for ramming mix grade of "СМЦН-93", as well as for mortar grade of "МЦ-93-1", with properties, corresponded to technical documentation requirements (ТU U 26.2-00190503-355:2011); according to technological instruction ТI 24-IО-177-2009 with change № 1 - the powders for plasmic coating grades of "ПЦПК-63", "ПБПК-63-1", "ПЦПК-40" with properties, corresponded to technical documentation requirements (ТU U 26.2-00190503-326:2009 with change № 1); periclase chromate powder (with particle size < 1 mm) with properties, corresponded to consumer requirements. This refractory production is intended to consumers on internal and foreign markets (export to Russian Federation).The work should be continued in the direction of further improvement of production technology of ramming mix from stabilized zirconia, as well as production of ramming mix samples and products with using of the new fused zirconia material, and determination of main properties of samples from this mix and products.
