Object of study. Hydro meteorological and hydro-physical con-ditions of the Black Sea ecosystem. The primary production of phytoplankton - chlorophyll "a" - as an indicator of the biologi-cal activity of the ecosystems and as the tracer of the circula-tion processes in the Black sea. Objective. Rating spatiotemporal variability hydro meteoro-logical conditions of the atmosphere, as drive of hydro-physical and hydro biological state of waters of the Black sea. Research methods. The research of both external (the atmosphere and river runoff) and internal (thermohaline structure, educa-tion, circulation and biological activity of water) factors of the marine ecosystem. Investigations were carried out in areas with different levels of reaction maritime external influences and different dynamic activity - in the open seas, in the area of the continental slope and on the shallow northwestern shelf. The report presents the results of observations of the climate and, in part, the biological components of the ecosystem of the marine environment for the 2002-2012. Results involved in field work on historically dataset, since 1955. Scientific information about the state of the climate in the atmosphere and drive the marine environment. Volumes of cold water forming the intermediate layer of the sea from two main sources during the winter with different climatic conditions defined. On based the current satellite data researched the dynamic activity of water in dif-ferent areas of the shallow shelf and the continental slope of the Black Sea .
