The report consists of 29p., 1 table, 16 fig., 21 ref, The quasi-optical method of polarization-frequency domain reflectometry (PFR) in the terahertz (THz) frequency range for non-destructive testing (NDT) of surface quality conductive materials was developed. With the PFR method the CFRP sample contamination (moisture, Skydrol contamination, thermal degradation, release agent) with varying degrees of state contamination by x-y scanning of the normal and oblique incidence of the THz beam with different polarization were investigated.
