The purpose: to prove methodology and to develop methods of modernization of professional training of the future teachers of art disciplines in modern conditions of development of national culture and the process of the European integration. Methods of research: theoretical - deduction, induction, analogy, comparison, modeling, system approach etc., methods of humanitarian disciplines (pedagogics, aet theory, psychology, colturology etc.), analysis and generalization of psychological, pedagogical, philosophical, art sciences and methodical literature on the problems of development of modern domestic and world culture, art, education of the teachers of art disciplines; empirical: diagnostic (individual interrogations, conversation, interview), supervision, study of the documentation, programs, textbooks, manuals etc. Theoretical and practical results: The methodological bases of professional training of the teachers of art disciplines are established. In particular, this basis includes theoretical rules about the logic of historical development of art, essence of art mentality, semiologic and hermeneutic of art, professional competence of the teachers of music and choreography. The methodical complex of professional training of the future teachers of art disciplines in modern social and cultural conditions is developed: pedagogical principles, forms, methodical receptions, educational repertoir, system of stimulation and so on. Novelty: The complex of theoretical and practical professional training of the future teachers of art disciplines in modern conditions of development of national culture, the process of the European integration and cultural globalisation for the first time is developed. The essence of concepts "methodological bases of art training", "logic of historical development of art", "art mentality", "semiologic and hermeneutic of art", "professional competence of art teachers" are cleared. The new educational disciplines (curses on methodology of art pedagogics, semiotics and hermeneutics of art etc.), programs, educational and methodical manuals are developed, the new forms of work are offered.
