Aim: to substantiate theoretically the essence and the structure of linguodidactic model of integrated teaching professional and foreign language speech activities. Methods of research: 1) theoretical: a) study and analysis of philosophical, pedagogical, psychological and linguodidactic researches and conceptions of pedagogical integration; b) introduction of a new concept "procedural integration" as a synthesized pedagogical activity consisting of interconnected teaching some unrelated educational subjects one of which is a foreign language; c) pedagogical modeling; d) prognostication the methods of educational process perfecting by means of its compression; 2) empirical: a) scientific-pedagogical monitoring of the teaching process; b) individual surveys, interviews, questioning; c) organization and conducting stative, formative, corrective and applying into practice stages of the experiment; d) generalization of work experience obtained from the teachers majoring in a definite educational subject and having a high level of English and from the foreign language teachers who can teach educational courses. Theoretical and practical results: the concept of procedural integration, the corresponding linguodidatic model of integrated process of teaching any professional (educational) course by means of the English language and the professional courses developed in the English language such as: History of ancient civilizations, America countrystydy, Social pedagogy, Linear algebra, Tourist service presentations, etc. have been elaborated. Novelty : firstly the linguodidactic model of integrated teaching professional and foreign language speech activities and corresponding integrated educational courses have been worked out; dialectical grounds of pedagogical integration have been defined; synergetic essence of pedagogical integration has been grounded; the kinds of pedagogical integration have been disclosed and the notion "procedural component" has been introduced; the methods of immersion into an artificially created foreign language environment have been characterized and their weak points and reserve potential have been identified; the stages of integrated teaching professional and foreign language speech activities have been developed and their psychological peculiarities (perception, comprehension and memorizing the material at the linguo-communicative stage, scientific text awareness at the professional-communicative stage, application of professional and foreign language knowledge and skills at the professional-operating stage) have been determined; the methodical foundations of integrated educational courses have been; evaluation criteria for checking efficiency of teaching English for specific purposes (the teaching process is conducted on the basis of the developed integrated courses) have been elaborated.
