Aim: extension of the interactive component of the foreign language professional training content and improvement of the foreign language teaching methods, approaches and means at the higher educational establishment. Methods of research: 1) theoretical ones: induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, description, comparison, modelling; 2) empirical ones: observation, questioning, experiment (searching and exploratory). Theoretical and practical results: 1) theoretically grounded expediency of the improvement of the future philologists', English teachers' professional training content within an interactive paradigm; 2) renovated the linguistic content of the philological and professionally oriented disciplines teaching: English verbalization means of the loudness, tempo and voice quality are defined; the peculiarities of the Turkish-English interference on the prosodic level are distinguished (on the basis of the interrogatives); the peculiar functions of the English interrogatives prosodic characteristics are defined within a cross-cultural dialogue; the peculiarities of the English lecture discourse as an interactive formation are revealed as well as the strategies of its realization; 3) the methodological content of teaching the English language as a major is renovated by means of the experimental complexes of approaches and tasks, in particular: the complex of the interactive tasks are worked out for binary English and Turkish classes at the specialized department; the complex of the interactive tasks for work on the English belles-lettres texts within a group discussion; the complex of the interactive forms of work on the belles-lettres texts with the aim of moulding students' aesthetical worldview; the complex of exercises for training a monologue-presentation in the English language; the approaches of work on enriching of an English teacher's speech repertoire are systematized; emotional and communicative method of intensive teaching a foreign language within teaching through communication is introduced; the theoretical formation model of the future foreign language teachers' conflictological communicative competence is worked out. Novelty: for the first time English verbalization means of the loudness, tempo and voice quality are defined; the peculiarities of the Turkish-English interference on the prosodic level are distinguished (on the basis of the interrogatives); the peculiar functions of the English interrogatives prosodic characteristics are defined within a cross-cultural dialogue; the peculiarities of the English lecture discourse as an interactive formation are revealed as well as the strategies of its realization; a new approach to the grammatical problem analysis by means of "mixed syntax" is introduced.
