The physical and chemical technology bases of the CdS films with gold NPs growth were developed. The CdTe thin films on CdS films with embedded gold NPs growth (Closed Volume Deposition technique) fundamentals were improved. Experimental samples of the ITO/n-CdS:NPs Au/p-CdTe/Ni solar cells were fabricated.
