Application of the developed methods for cell transplantation (progenitor cells human fetal liver stromal cells and multipotent adipose tissue) are effective and affordable methods of indirect revascularization in patients with chronic limb ischemia. These methods are shown to be used in patients who can not perform the reconstruction of the vascular bed, and elderly patients with severe comorbidities. Application of the above methods of cell transplantation leads to a decrease in the degree of ischemia, to the sustainable growth of the index of quality of life, pain-free walking distance and promotes more rapid rehabilitation of patients, a decrease in the cost of expenses for medical treatment, a decrease in bed-days.
