This project relates to the field of fundamental and applied studies of physical and chemical processes for the production of single-crystal dispersed , film superhard materials in a wide range of temperatures and pressures, the creation of new technologies for the production of ceramic and composite materials; studying the influence of physical and technological processes to improve the structure of diamond composite materials and products based on them. Research Facility - micron synthetic diamond static synthetic single crystal diamond prepared by CVD . Objective - based on solving the fundamental problems - management structure and properties of materials obtained from the use of diamonds of different origins - a new generation of super-hard materials. The experimental results are the basis for the study of singularities consolidation of diamond powders at high pressures and in wide temperature range in the presence of activating the sintering additives and allowed to establish ways aimed at simultaneous disadvantages and advantages of using gas-phase and HPHT diamond synthesis.
