Research methodes: Methodes of synthesis of model organic substances, geterocyclic substances; NМR-, IR-, UV-, fluorescent spectroscopy; mass- and chromatomass-spectroscopy; methodes of synthesis under high pressure and inert atmosphere; XR- and elemental analysis. The methodes of synthesis of 2-amino-3-hetaryl-4,5-dihydrotiophene-4-ones and -pirrolyn-4-ones were studied by means of acylation of hetarylacetonitriles by acylchlorides of cyclic N-trifluoroacetyl-a-amino acides and S-acetyl a-mercapto acides. The methods of alkylation, acylation and nucleophylic addition to activated triple bond of 2-hetaryliden-3-оxo-4-sulphanylbutane nitriles were fond. The reactions of isoindole derivatives in isoindolenine tautomeric form with cyclic dieniphyles were studied. The Mikhaele bis-adductes were obtained in the reaction of isoindoles with maleinimides. The reaction of 2-alkyl-1-aminoisoindoles with maleinimides in arranged medium without catalyst was realized. The methodes of synthesis of new spirocyclic system 9-оxo-1,4-diazaspiro[5.5]undecane were developed and a possibility of this diamine selectiv modification was disclosed. The methodes of synthesis of new 3-hetarylsubstituted flavonoids of isocumarine structure, 2-(2-(het)aryl-2-oxoethyl)benzamides, new pyridinic acides and aminoacides were developed. The systematic investigation of Mannikh bases on the base of 7-hydoxyneoflavones synthesis, the transformation of 7-hydoxyneoflavone enaminoketones, the reactions of 3-aryl/aryloxy/hetaryl-chromones with hydrazine hydrate and hydroxylamine were realized. The methodes of selective acylation of rezacetophenone were developed, the photonics of oxycoumarine dyes and biological activity of 3-(hydroxyphenyl)- and 3-(dihydroxyphenyl)isocoumarines were studied. An effective methodes of synthesis of 1-amino-alcylphosphonates of aminophosphonic and aminophosphinic acides of thiazole were developed.
