For implementation of this purpose the scientific thoughts of staff competitiveness of have been analyzed, improvement of a conceptual framework have been offered. On the basis of generalization and systematization of methodical approaches, the advanced scientific and methodical approach to a competitiveness assessment as an indicator of quality of the human capital is offered. Advantages of this approach consist in complexity and application opportunities at the different economic levels. Social and economic obstacles in increase of staff competitiveness of the enterprises, braking of personnel economic activity in Ukraine have been analyzed. The role of labor unions in increase of staff competitiveness is proved, the methods of support of employees competitiveness in the conditions of globalization challenges is defined. Scientific and practical recommendations for managers concerning saving and maintenance of employees competitiveness in the period of an economic crisis are developed.
