The object of research is Specifications ТУ У В.2.7-45.2-00018112-208-2002 "Cast emulsion-mineral and cold asphalt mixes. Specifications", revision, development, agreement and approval of amendment to the Standards of Organizations of Ukraine SOU 42.1-37641918-XXX: 201X " Cast emulsion-mineral and cold asphalt mixes. Specifications". The aim is to develop regulations (SOU) to emulsion-mineral mixtures for the arrangement of bitumen emulsions based thin protective layers. The application area is repair and operation of roads. The research methods are as follows: analysis of national and international experience of using cast emulsion mineral mixes, carrying out laboratory and field research and analysis of the results.
