Considered is the influence of incorporated TiO2 nanocrystals on the efficiency of SHG in KDP matrix at excitation with laser radiation pulses of ps- and fs duration. For the first time the concentration dependence of effective quadratic NLO coefficient d36 is obtained for KDP:TiO2 crystals at 1064 nm wavelength in approximation of pumping field.Diminution of d36 is explained by the processes of photoinduced absorption of pumping radiation and the second harmonic.
