The results of studies on the structure and properties of colloidal suspensions filled with high a aspect ratio nanoparticles (carbon nanotubes, lamellar particles of clay minerals) as well as the drying processes of their drops are presented. A computer model that aims to predict the morphological pattern formation of a dried drops versus the size of drop, speed of drying and parameters characterizing the nature of interparticle interactions was designed in the theoretical part. In the experimental part, the possibility of stabilizing of aqueous suspensions of carbon nanotubes using organo-modified nanoplates was demonstrated.
