Subject of research are the side frames, produced according to the drawings 100.00.002-4 “Side frame Casting” in accordance with the requirements OST 32.183 “Double-axe bogies of freight wagon for 1520mm gage. Cast parts. Side frame and truck bolster. Technical requirements” and TTCV 32-695 “Low alloyed steel cast parts for railway cars for 1520mm gage. Side frame and truck bolster. Technical requirements”. The aim of the work is the conformity assessment of side frame non-destructive testing technologies to the requirements of NBGTTM 02 “Steel products for railway rolling stocks. Safety standards” and design documentation. The results will be used during inspectorial control.5481
