Were developed the theoretical principles of the new physical model modification alloys, the analysis of the formation of hot cracks and sound methods for minimizing waste in the cast billets. The formation of hot cracks in metals and alloys occurs only if the adjacent crystals (grains) will behave as quasiparticles (acoustic phonons), characterized by a certain phase velocity of displacement of the atoms in their crystal cells. Completed development of application software prog-mmnogo calculating the parameters of gating systems and nutritional evaluation of microstructural characteristics of fractal images. The analysis and implementation of algorithmic methods for calculating the parameters of nutrient-gating systems and mathematical methods to assess microstructural characteristics of fractal images. Application shvidkooholodzhuvanih modifiers allow SNI-zit cost of casting by reducing the energy consumption and increase performance with the ability to conduct melting modification of the melt at low temperatures; minimizing waste due to increased stability of the results of modification; improve the environmental situation in the modification.
