On the surface of As-Sb-S-I films arrays of nanocrystals of antimony sulphoiodide were shaped with an average diameter of 150-300 nm and a height of 20-50 nm. The obtained results can be used to create ferroelectric glass-ceramics, ferroelectric memory cells and sensors for different purposes.
