A research object is a process of P.E and sport training of children and teenagers. A research aim is optimization of process of educating and developing motive flairs for children and teenagers. Research methods are approach of the systems and design, pedagogical testing, methods of registration of сенсомоторних reactions, methods of registration of the state of the cardiovascular system, supervisions and pedagogical experiment, mathematical methods of planning of multivariable experiments. Theoretical and practical results. On the first stage on the basis of analysis of scientifically-methodical literature essence, leading progress of the system of P.E and sport training of children and teenagers trends, is educed and theoretical pre-conditions and methodological approaches of her further improvement are certain; worked out conceptual going near the ground of self-reactance models of motive preparedness of children and teenagers; conformities to law of programming of process of educating to motions are certain, developing motive flairs for the schoolchildren of junior classes. Efficiency of introduction. Research results are inculcated in practice of physical preparation of schoolchildren of junior classes, and also in the educational process of preparation of teachers of physical culture. Industry of the use is a physical culture, P.E of different groups of population.
