During realization the project, it was developed new technological modes of production and had studied advanced semiconductor heterostructures TiO2/CdTe, TiO2/CdZnTe, ТiO2/GaSe, TiO2/GaP, TiO2/Si, P3HT/Si, TiN/Si, ZnCdO/CdTe, ZnO/GaP with reproducible electrical and photovoltaic parameters, using the methods of magnetron sputtering, electron beam evaporation and pulverization followed by pyrolysis. They also studied the possibilities practical use these materials.
