The aim of draft design is an estimation of possibility of creation on the requirement specification of drive for working as in control system wing flaps and slats of sky truck - is a choice of chart of drive, calculation of parameters of basic knots, calculation of durability, calculation of reliability, preliminary arrangement, estimation of overall sizes and mass of drive. With the purpose of increase of reliability the combined drive of mechanization of wing of КРМ888 consists of two independent heterogeneous power drives - hydromechanical drive and electromechanics drive. As basic a hydromechanical drive is accepted, as reserve - electromechanics. Twisting moment from the billow of hydromotor or from the billow of electric motor through a differential reducing gear and row transmission acts to the output billow of drive. A differential reducing gear allows to work to each of drives independently, when other drive is in reserve or defective. In composition a hydromechanical drive must be: - hydromotor of axialplunger type with butt-end slide-valve distribution of working fluid and reversible direction of rotation; - hydromechanical brake set on one billow with a hydromotor; - electro-hydraulic control unit with the electromagnetic valves of including of drive, including of rotation (direct and reversible), decline of speed of rotation of output billow. In composition an electromechanical drive must be: - electric motor; - electromechanics brake set on one billow with an electric motor; - block of signaling of current and eventual positions of output billow of drive; - electronic control unit by a gated valve electric motor. A hydromechanical brake is stopped from a rotation by the billow of hydromotor in default of in him pressures of working fluid and stops to retain a billow at the serve of pressure in a hydromotor. An electromechanics brake is stopped from a rotation by a billow at the turned off electric motor. Control by a drive during his work in the basic mode comes true at the normal functioning at least of one control computer of the system of mechanization of wing, hydromotor, electro-hydraulic control unit and feed hydraulic system of airplane.
