According to results of this research it was found that the use of new synthetic carriers, such as the synthetic fiber "eyelash" and the adsorbent which had been developed at Donetsk National University for the purpose of purification of sewage from stormwater treatment facilities from oil and nickel ions was appropriate. Process of sewage purification occurred more intensely because of the use of a new synthetic fiberfill that contributed to immobilization of microorganisms and destructors that were able to decompose pollutants (oil and nickel ions).
