In the course of the project, work was continued on the optimization of the conditions of the bacterial expression of cytokine EMAP II human preparative as new biotechnology product. Methods of computer modeling and molecular docking was created a molecular model of the interaction of cytokine EMAP II with cyclodextrins and a model with an integrin receptor and proposed approaches to strengthen its anti-angiogenic action schlyahom directed changes of amino acid residues in the center of the receptor binding. The results obtained on the effect of drugs derived EMAP II on growth and morphology of malignant tumors in the model of transplanted fragments of human prostate adenocarcinoma in mice, will form the basis for the creation of genetically engineered domestic production technology of new drugs based on the antitumor effect of cytokine EMAP II.
