Objective: Research and development of new items electromechanical automation systems. Methods: mathematical and physical modeling, analytical and experimental methods. Based on analysis of known equivalent circuit of an induction motor parameters methods, active resistance and inductive reactance of stator and rotor winding circuit of an induction motor are selected. Comparative estimation of three different induction motor equivalent circuit parameters methods is made. Two of them are developed at our department. The problems of crane electrical drive dynamical loads limitations by the electromechanical compatibility principle and optimization of metallurgical machine drives dynamic modes with the minimizing of the elastic vibrations influence and power balance in circuits with inductively-coupled coils are considered. The device for experimental removal of electromagnet static traction characteristic is suggested. The specifics of the electrical drive subordinate control system with springy mechanical transmission synthesis are considered, parametric synthesis of the automatic control system by incomplete state vector is made, model-based development during design of valve-inductor drive control system is suggested and the using of the summarized distinctive polynom method for direct current drive control systems is considered here. The results of research are used in practice in the conduct of research, as well as partially implemented in the educational process.
