Combined medicamental correction by calcitonin and L-tiroxini positivly influens on the process of forming of myelin sheath of newborn fibers and energy supply of nerve fibers.But totally does not provide full restoration of the damaged sciatic nerve in hypothyroidism. More positively effect in damaged sciatic nerve causing the epadol primarily affecting the myelinated fibers, providing better structural safety of their myelin sheath and activation of transport processes in aksoplasm.
