The final report is set out on 124 pages, contains 42 Fig., 8 Tables, 1 appendix, 151 reference sources. Objects of research: the assessment of the impact of climate change on human health. Objective: to create scientific basis and prerequisite for the determination of measures for adaptation to climate changes in the health sector. Research methods - statistical, analytical. In the work presented the published data and internet- resources have been profoundly analyzed. Climatic changes which affect the health status (atypical and extreme changes in temperature and humidity, extreme weather events, natural disasters and dangerous weather due to climate change and sea level rise, destruction of the ozone layer, and etc.) are described. A draft of guidelines aimed to the adaptation of the health system to adverse climate change and natural disasters haas designed. The main current and future stages of the health system adaptation to the effects of climate change on human health are proposed in the project mentioned above.
