Different types of management strategy of enterprises of restaurant industry profitability were developed and the relevant directions of its implementation on the basis of determining strategic direction; the models that depend on the level of factor indicators profitability were suggested; the classification of reserves of increasing the restaurant industry profitability are refined and systematized.
