Object of study: medical equipment, medical products (furniture, clothing, bandages, tools, etc.), ambulances, expert advice, risk factors. Purpose of research: the protection of patients and medical staff in hospitals of risk factors: excessive noise values, electromagnetic radiation, ionizing radiation, temperature, indoor air pollution health facilities, etc., and possible adverse impacts of equipment and products of physical, chemical and biological nature of the organism people and the environment. Research methods: analytical, advisory, hygiene, physical, mathematical. Results and novelty. Based on the sanitary and epidemiological expertise scientifically proven safety (for hygienic criteria) various medical physical therapy, diagnostic (X-ray, ultrasound), operational, electro, disinfection, beauty aids; medical devices (boxes, orthodontic products, orthopedic, implants, etc.); furniture, medical vehicles and more. Conducted examination of medical devices and medical devices suggests that the parameters concerning the safety of patients and medical personnel, the impact of climate on health facilities and the environment (electromagnetic and ionizing radiation, temperature, microbial contamination, air emissions of harmful substances, etc.) they meet existing regulatory requirements of state sanitary rules and regulations. It is shown that these medical devices and medical products not causing dangerous impacts of physical, chemical and biological nature of the organism of patients and medical staff.
