The primary purpose of research consisted in development teoretikсal-methodological principles and practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of financial mechanisms of convergence model of regional socio-economic development forming. The object is to determine processes of the financial adjusting of socio-economic development of regions. The subject of research - teoretikсal -methodological and the applied principles of functioning of financial mechanisms of convergence model of regional development forming. The conducted researches allowed to formulate principles, strategic priorities and to ground conception of forming of convergence model of regional development on the basis of application of financial mechanisms of government control; to ground directions financially budgetary to decentralization with the purpose of increase of level of financial independence and efficiency of activity of regions.5481
