Description

Effective functioning of electrified railway transport depends on the reliability of power supply. Modern electrical equipment has high reliability indexes of calculation. However during operation under the influence of various factors, conditions and modes of traction substation equipment condition deteriorates continuously, reduced operational reliability and increases the risk of failures. Development of methods to evaluate the technical condition of the main power equipment traction substations and their models is relevant problem. Problem of finding ways to improve the system of technical maintenance and repair and diagnostics of electrical equipment is relevant too. This will reduce the costs of the current system of technical maintenance and repair equipment of traction substations and continue their normative terms of service without increasing accidents
