Research and information technologies of planning and management are worked out by heterogeneous multicriterion and multifood streams in transport networks, including by facilities of intellectual transport systems. The system of informative and programmatic models of the marked processes is created in transport networks that are based on these facilities of intellectual transport systems, taking into account the integrated indexes in relation to the terms of frequent vagueness of parameters of the prospected processes.
