At this stage of the research it is proposed the mechanism of increasing social and economic efficiency of investment and innovation in the Ukrainian Black Sea regions, which are based on the principles of public and public-private partnership and proposed the schemes of capitalization of information and advisory services by the formation of the regional investments fund and establishment of the Center of an inter-regional economic development in order to obtain a comprehensive effect through a combination of approaches for sustainable development and sectoral analysis of reproductive processes in strategic areas that can reduce the divergence of the Ukrainian Black Sea regions.
