The problem of diagnostic and medical - surgical and prosthetic tactics in adentiyi dentaljaw system is relevant in modern clinical dentistry. Secondary aedentia leads to a number of interrelated morphological changes dentition: atrophy of bone changes in periodontal teeth, dysfunctional and pathological changes in the temporomandibular joint. One of the important problems and future of modern medicine is to eliminate defects of dentition by means of biomaterials and implants . The purpose of this study is to : Improve clinical and process measures of combined treatment with modern dental implants . Object of study - dental implants operation with fixed prosthetic constructions on them .
