In the result of work the state of the oral cavity under the influence of exogenous factors (pesticides, xenobiotics of glass-ceramic, sugar, cement, alcohol production) and its relationship with general diseases (disorders respiratory, endocrine, hematopoietic, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, musculoskeletal, nervous systems) was studied. It was developed the alternative schemes of management of patients with the periodontal diseases; the methods of optimization of local treatment of inflammatory and dystrophic and inflammatory periodontal diseases with using the modern drugs.
