The results of the research are: substantiation of the methodology of balanced socio-economic regional development modelling; the analytic technique of the regional characteristics of the tourist market formation in Ukraine is improved, based on predictive models of socio-economic development of regions in the system of financial regulation which will ensure efficient use of budgetary transfers; reserves of inpayments (including taxes) growth in the state and local budgets are identified by optimizing the existing procedures for primary data collection. Practical implementation of the research results is the software product, the coordinated installation of which at all levels of the information flow about the activities of business entities, directly or indirectly involved in the creation and selling of tourism products and services (as part of the official statistical reporting in compliance with national legislation for the protection of personal data and non-disclosure of trade secrets) will allow to track the trends and possible distortions in the tourism industry functioning and make relevant decisions to prevent threats to the economic security of the state because of the unbalanced redistribution of money flows, both within the country and during foreign trade operations; recommendations are provided for evaluating the performance of enterprises in the tourism sector at the regional level and its relationship with socio-economic status of an administrative unit; the technique of identifying priority regions for implementation of public-private partnership in the field of tourism, and methods of assessing the quality of targeted programs for tourism development.5481
