Description

In this paper we developed a mechanism state administration the demand for specialists with higher education, which consists of three mechanisms: diagnosis, forecasting mechanism and regulatory mechanism. Formed the theoretical and methodological basis for constructing a mechanism defines the principles and functions, which are based on local mechanisms. Diagnostics of demand and supply of specialists with higher education; forecasted requirements of the economy in these specialists; consumer preferences in the market of educational services and the forecast of proposals on it. Developed methodological support mechanism for regulating the output of specialists with higher education; suggested theoretical and methodological approach to the study of the stability of the components of educational space and presents a model of regulation of the imbalance between supply and demand for specialists with higher education.5481
