On the basis of analysis of cerebral hemodynamics and brain electrogenesis in patients with hemorrhagic stroke in the early recovery period established hemispheric features of post-stroke brain reorganization in patients with hemorrhagic stroke. In determining differences post-stroke reorganization of cerebral hemodynamics and brain activity revealed that in patients with atherothrombotic ischemic stroke is more pronounced profound changes of cerebral hemodynamics and in patients with hemorrhagic stroke - more pronounced changes in brain activity, which to some extent due metabolic changes that give rise to differentiated approach to treatment. The differences between ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke in hemodynamic performance is more pronounced when right-hemispheric localization of focus, and in data of bioelectrical brain activity - at left-hemispheric localization .
