An increase of the sensitivity of the sensor resonant structure characteristics was obtained depending on changes in the refractive index of the surrounding medium (in the range of n = 1) from 760 nm/RIU to nm/1150RIU, respectively, which can be used for creation a sensor for the air impurities.
