Object of study - the legal, economic, organizational, managerial, historical aspects of the development of customs business in Ukraine. In the course of the study prepared research papers that will be a part of the Customs and encyclopedia reflect bahatoaspektinist implementation of customs in Ukraine in the context of the history of its development and formation, regulatory support, development of conceptual apparatus and scientific support of Customs. An important element was encyclopedic articles highlighting global experience of the customs services, characteristic of offshore and free economic zones personalities that influenced the formation of the customs business in Ukraine.
