New hydride / deuteride of the Mg-Co-Ni and Mg-Rh-B systems were synthesized and their hydrogenation properties were studied. The structure of the Mg2Co0.5Ni0.5H4.4 hydride was studied by X-ray analysis. The structures of Mg8Rh4BD3 were studied by neutron diffraction method at 10 and 300 K. Electrochemical properties of the nickel hydride and Mg2Co0.5Ni0.5H4.4 composites were investigated. Influence of the milling time into basic electrochemical characteristics have been swown.
