Aim: identify the main stages of using chemical methods of inactivation of viruses in the process of obtaining blood protein using the methods of the previous fractionation and affinity chromatography on macroporous silica surfaces. Methods: fractionation, virusinactivation by chemical agents, biospecifical and gel-chromatography, centrifugation, ultradiafiltration, electrophoresis and others. As a result of the work received the following scientific and practical results: for the first time in blood plasma recycling technology for separate protein products with using fractionation by Cohn, salt and PEG- precipitation and chromatographic purification on silica biospecifical macroporous sorbents, implemented thiocyanate method of viruses inactivation; application for viral inactivation in one technological scheme different by the mechanism of influence chemical agents (alcohol, PEG-precipitation, thiocyanate, solvent-detergent) due to their synergy increases the final antiviral effect of preparative obtaining of proteins; developed simple to use photometric express-method of determining the content of thiocyanates in products of recycling plasma, which allows measuring the concentration in range (5-50 x 10-4) mol / L; examined and experimentally proved reversly negative effect of investigated inactivating agents on the activity of blood clotting factors and fibrinolysis; investigated effect of virusinactyvation reagents for sorbtion properties of macroporous silica-inorganic sorbents of different specificity;substantiated the possibility of using thiocyanates not only for antiviral treatment but also for specific elution of the protein components from the chromatographic sorbents Product Description popup.authors Вороняк М.І.
