Splenectomy eliminates abdominal discomfort, eliminates the phenomenon hipersplenizmu reduces dependence on chemotherapy reduces symptoms of regional portal hypertension. In diffuse large-lymphoma immediate effectiveness splenectomy recorded in 87.8% of patients. Where hepatosplenichnoyi T-cell lymphoma operative treatment was unsuccessful.
