Object of study - 41 patients with diffuse large-lymphoma, 32 patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and marginal zone, 2 patients with hepatosplenichnu T-cell lymphoma. Purpose - to ascertain the effectiveness of splenectomy in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and based on long-term results to review and develop current indications, nature, tactics surgical intervention and postoperative care in these patients. The paper used clinical, cytological, histological, radiological, sonographic, immunophenotype study, computed tomography. A retrospective analysis of immediate splenectomy efficacy in 41 patients with diffuse large-lymphoma, 32 patients in marginal zone lymphoma and 2 patients hepatosplenichnu T-cell lymphoma. Splenectomy eliminates abdominal discomfort, eliminates the phenomenon hipersplenizmu reduces dependence on chemotherapy reduces symptoms of regional portal hypertension. In diffuse large-lymphoma immediate effectiveness splenectomy recorded in 87.8% of patients. Where hepatosplenichnoyi T-cell lymphoma operative treatment was unsuccessful. The most effective was non-Hodgkin's lymphoma splenectomy in splenic marginal zone. Only one patient died in the close postoperative period.
