Description

The object of study - the technological processing of the working surface of the pneumatic cylinder with respect to the depth of the hole to its diameter greater than 5. The purpose of research - Develop and implement advanced technology into production, ensuring accurate geometrical shape and roughness (Ra 0,63) working surfaces (holes) cylinders. Research methods - Theoretical studies were carried out using methods based on the fundamental provisions of engineering technology, theory of cutting materials, strength of materials, physics, calculus, probability theory, and mathematical modeling. Experimental studies were carried out using a profiler profiling modes. 201 universal strain dynamometer UDM-600, the interferometer MІІ-4U.42 roughness measuring, specially made device for measuring the actual depth of grinding using a dial indicator, contactless electronic meter to measure the electric current during grinding. Technology and equipment put into production with an economic effect on the Company Energorele."
