A research object is an electrical and thermal power equipment of power units of NPP. An aim of work is development of methods and facilities of automatic diagnostics and prognosis of the thermal state of nuclear reactors, technology and materials of increase of safety and efficiency of exploitation of main equipment of blocks of NPP. A research method is analytical and experimental researches, mathematical and physical designs. Results and their novelty are the conducted analysis of statistical information on indexes reliability and power efficiency of basic equipment of power units of АЕС of Ukraine. Meaningfulness of work and conclusions - are analysed effective directions of increase of reliability of equipment.Degree of introduction and industry of application - the worked out technical decisions are sent to introduction on the enterprises of electroenergy.
