The positive effect of additional treatment with trimetazidine and spironolactone elderly hypertensive patients with chronical heart failure with preserved ejection and atrial fibrillation was determined: thr regression of left ventrucular hypertrophy was associated with the improvement of left ventricular diastolic function, the decrease of pulmonary hypertension, myocardial electrical non-homogeneity and led to the increase of functional activity and quality of life/
