Description

The goal of research is level increasing of power-efficient processing technologies and machining of polymer material details for long distance gas pipeline equipment. The analysis of existing energy efficient technologies of polymer machining is carried out. The machining and manufacturing attachment with regard to polymer material details is developed and constructed. The calculations and experimental research of plastic details machining efficiency are conducted. New details design constructions are developed and their engineering prototypes are produced. The plastic details' testing in production conditions is conducted.
