The effect of modifying the dispersible filler by components plasticized epoxy binder was investigated. It was established that the nature of the fibrous and particulate fillers and modifying compositions (modifying particles dispersed filler epoxy oligomer with ultraviolet irradiation of compositions), accelerate the process of structure formation composite materials and enhance their cohesive strength. Optimal composition and technological modes of complex modification was defined. That allowing the formation of directed manage external surface layers resulting in increased performance composites. It is proved that to reduce creep of materials under the influence of aggressive media should be used two-layer epoxy composite "hybrid" materials containing glass and basalt fabric. Optimal technological modes of formation irradiated with ultraviolet epoxy composites filled with modified dispersed particleswas defined.
