Description

The purpose of work is to review Specifications TU U V.2.7.03450778.179-95 "Materials composed of weak sandstone for road construction" on the basis of the research to develop industry standards for specifications for the materials composed of weak sandstone (and for raw materials for its production). The result of the work is the developed Regulations SOU "Materials composed of weak sandstone for road construction. Specifications". Investigations of basic physical and mechanical properties of materials and raw materials were performed. The areas of application is regulatory support on the quality local materials in new construction, reconstruction and repair of pavement layers on the roads of Ukraine. Social impact of the work consists in the oportunity to replace the stone material to be transported with local materials composed of weak sandstone and in contributing to lowering the cost of road construction.5481
