Examine the expression of marker proteins of epithelial stem and progenitor cells of the epithelium of the oral mucosa: CD44, ALDH1, SK5/14 P63 and assess the biological role of cells expressing these marker proteins; in squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity at all stages of the process flow of the tumor to treatment and after treatment. The object of study: the first group of normal mucosa biopsy (10 observations, men, age 32-68 years who did not smoke, material Bureau of Forensic Medicine); -biopsy second group of tumor and mucosa at a distance from the existing tumor treatment taken simultaneously (observation 13 men, age 43-79 years old, patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity: 13 tumor biopsies mucosal biopsies and 13 at a distance from the tumor); third group - biopsy of the primary tumor to treatment and surgical material tumor metastasis, recurrence after treatment of the same patients (observations 13, males, age 40-70 years, 13 biopsies of the primary tumor and 13 tumors after treatment).
