In the research the theoretical and methodological rules and results, confirmed by practice are scientifically practice are scientifically proved which in aggregate represent the new decision of a scientific- practical problem of creation of the complete organization- economical mechanism of a sustainable development of a national facilities - to black metallurgy. The dynamic model describing cyclic character of interrelation of black metallurgy, ensuring and technologically related branches is multiplefactor, which use provides an opportunity to predict the development of metallurgy on medium- dated and long-term prospect. The methodological bases of an estimation of sustainable development of black metallurgy of Ukraine are developed. The method of an estimation of steady development is developed on the basis of infrastructural parameters, them is economic, ecological and social. The method interrelation of cyclic development of metallurgy with a stability level of their economic safety and borders of sustainable development is found out. The basic branch of application is the metallurgy of Ukraine.
